Refund policy

We want you to feel great in your Liquid Limbs.

If your purchase isn't quite right, eligible full-priced items may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order for a store credit, subject to the conditions below.
Change of Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns on eligible full-priced items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • Unwashed
  • In their original condition
  • Returned with all original tags attached
  • Free from marks, makeup, deodorant, perfume, body products, pet hair or other signs of wear

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that have been worn, washed or are not in their original condition.

Approved change-of-mind returns will be issued as a Liquid Limbs store credit. We do not provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Sale Items

Sale or clearance items are considered final sale and cannot be returned for change of mind, incorrect size or incorrect selection.

This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law if an item is faulty or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning change-of-mind items to Liquid Limbs.

We recommend using a tracked postage service, as Liquid Limbs cannot be responsible for returned parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.

Original shipping charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns.
Faulty or Incorrect Items

We take pride in the quality of our products and carefully check orders before dispatch.

If you believe you have received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photographs of the item so we can assist.

Your purchases are protected by the consumer guarantees provided under the Australian Consumer Law. Where a product fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy depending on the circumstances.

Nothing in this Returns & Refunds Policy is intended to exclude or limit any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

How to Make a Return

To request a return, please contact Liquid Limbs within 14 days of receiving your order, including your:

  • Name
  • Order number
  • Item/s you would like to return
  • Reason for the return

Once your return has been approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
