Shipping policy

At Liquid Limbs, we aim to have your order packed and on its way to you as quickly as possible.

Australian Shipping

All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Enjoy free standard shipping on Australian orders over $100.

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days of your order being placed. Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during busy periods, new releases and promotional events.

We offer both Standard and Express Shipping within Australia. Shipping rates for orders under $100, along with Express Shipping options, will be displayed at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

Please note that selecting Express Shipping provides an express delivery service once your order has been dispatched. Our standard order processing time still applies.

International Shipping

Yes, we ship internationally!

International shipping rates are calculated on a case by case basis. Please contact us for more information.

Please note: Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping service selected. Please allow additional time for international deliveries and potential customs processing.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or other fees that may be charged by their destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Delivery Delays

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are managed by the shipping carrier and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Please check your delivery details carefully before submitting your order. Liquid Limbs cannot be responsible for delays or additional delivery costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address supplied at checkout.

If you notice an error in your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to update the details.
